Spiritual Therapy, Mentoring and Guidance is a process and a partnership. We will work with your subconscious and superconscious mind, yet the intentions you set, and your openness to follow the process with a relaxed and easy going attitude, is critical to you getting your best outcomes. In a partnership, I have a responsibility to guide you through a great process, and you have a personal responsibility to focus on following that process with earnest diligence.

Do that, and the Terms and Conditions will automatically be adhered to. For clarity, and in case of wandering off the path, here are the policies for variations from this way.

The 3 Fundamental Prerequisites

1) Commit to any pre session requirements (such as the Intake Form and pre session audio if required)

2) Arrive for your appointment on time or be ready to join your Video Call 5 minutes before the call.

3) Focus on following the instructions, nothing less and nothing more.

If the three fundamental prerequisites are not met, online or in person sessions are not possible, and will not be offered or continued by The Soul Calling (Bryony Whiteley), so then the following conditional policies apply.

Policy For Missed or Postponed Sessions

1) Canceling Sessions; If a response to email requests is not received 48 hours prior to the session, the session will be automatically canceled.

2) Rescheduling sessions; that had been canceled can be done at no cost at another time when you are ready.

3) Confirming / Postponing; All sessions are reconfirmed by a reminder email to you 24 hours prior to the session. If you need to postpone, do so with at least 24 hours notice.

4) Confirmed sessions that are canceled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged at £50

5) Confirmed sessions where there is no show will be charged at £85.

It can be therapeutically counter-productive and unhelpful to allow or tacitly encourage not finishing what you started mid-process. The financial incentive to show up each on time and get what you paid for is much better than rewarding a strategy of doing things by halves.

This issue is minimised by not accepting clients who are at risk of this, so this refund scenario is extremely unusual.

Availability of Sessions; Sessions will usually be available with a week's notice.

Price Changes

All prices for Sessions are subject to change without notice.

The Soul Calling is not required to continue to offer prices that had been seen on the The Soul Calling website, or that had been offered at the time an Initial Call.

Once a set rate is offered, that rate will remain. 

If you wish to book  another session, the new rate will apply.

All sessions and services by Bryony are for spiritual purposes only and the client receiving the service is responsible for all their own choices and actions. You must be 18 years and older to receive a session.  Sessions in no way constitute legal, financial advice, or diagnose of medical conditions whether mental or physical. Bryony will not answer health questions or diagnose / treat any medical conditions whatsoever. Consult a medical practitioner for guidance.

Bryony disclaims any liability, to any person or entity, for any loss or damages, caused in regard to any information, suggestions or advice, provided to you through this service. Use of this service is at your sole risk and for spiritual purposes only. By purchasing a session or training course, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehend and agree with the above disclaimer. We also reserve the right to refuse service.
